Faithful to our objective to OFFER THE FINEST QUALITY, we monitor the entire manufacturing process from the very beginning, starting with a careful selection of raw material (minimum legal fat thickness, cut, castrated hogs or sows, etc) which allows us to work only with the finest pieces.

We are aware that the curing and maturing process is mainly responsible for the quality of our products. We take the utmost care, and the fact that we use the most advanced techniques without losing sight of tradition throughout the production process gives us the chance to guarantee the quality of all our products.

All our references share an exquisite, almost sweet flavour, with a mild, pleasant aroma, are presented in different formats in order to meet the needs of all our clients: centre cuts, with leg, sliced, bone-in or in block (item references 5100, 5101, 5102, 5103). The final reference here is ideal for industrial slicing (professional or large consumer market) owing to its low waste ratio and subsequent high value for money.

The breed of the animal and its diet are key factors when classifying hams. As such we have CERDO BLANCO (white pig) and CERDO IBERICO (Iberian pig) PRODUCTS.
