- 3 red peppers
- Mix of lettuce
- 200 g cocked ham
- Cherry tomatoes
- Cheese Vallesur
- Mayonaisse
- Spicy red pepper
Directions
Chop up pepper, cherry tomato, cocked ham and cheese or any other vegetable you want to add. Add a mixture of lettuces and mix it together in a bowl. In the top, add mayonnaise and mix it up. Decorate with spicy red pepper.

- Salt, vinegar and olive oil
- Spanish Delicatessen: chorizo, Cured Jam, Cheese…
Directions
Put lettuce, tomatoes, grated carrots, onion, anchovies and any dressing you want to add in a bowl and gently tossed the mix. Peel and slice 2 boiled eggs and lay the slices on top of the salad. Add any kind of Spanish delicatessen: chorizo, cured ham, cheese...

- Potatoes
- Onion
- Eggs
- Fresh chorizo
- Olive oil
- Salt
Directions
Fry sliced potatoes and onion in the olive oil until potatoes are tender. Add Fresh chorizo, drain and let it cool. Add the eggs, baking powder and salt and mix everything well in a bowl. Fry the mix in a medium pan with just a drop of olive so it doesn’t stick until the eggs looked cooked but before the omelette looks too browned.

- Sobrassada de Mallorca
- Vallesur Cheese
- Foie
- Wallnuts
Directions
Slice the bread and spread with sobrassada. Add a slice of Cheese on the top and heat it on the oven until it becomes melt. Dress the toast with walnuts. The contrast is just exquisite.
Cheese can be replaced by a slice of “foie”.
